This wide-body design incorporates a variety of features into its futuristic playfield, including a functional Cryo Claw that can pick up your ball—a feature controlled by the player. The uniquely designed vertical triggers offer players a completely new way to interact with the game.

Reconditioning and Servicing – 26 Point Checklist:

Buying a pinball machine is akin to purchasing a car: there might be hidden issues beneath the surface that only become apparent when they disrupt your enjoyment!

It’s crucial to understand that pinball machines are intricate in their mechanisms. Buying a second-hand pinball machine elsewhere comes with its challenges. Without knowing what to look for, you might end up with an incomplete machine operating below its full potential. Additionally, you could unwittingly acquire a machine that, being 20-30 years old, harbors serious electrical faults. It pays to be discerning and well-informed to ensure a satisfying and trouble-free pinball experience.

However, every machine that comes through our doors undergoes an extensive 26-point check with our trained engineer. This service is exclusive to every pinball we sell . All machines undergo a full PAT test by a fully qualified engineer to eliminate any risk. We also check everything including the lighting, coils, flippers, full mechanics, electronics and everything else in between. These checks ensure that all components are rigorously tested and working.

This even includes cosmetic touch ups and a full wax clean. We complete this 26-point check to ensure your new pinball machine is in tip-top working order and ready to spend a new life with its new owner.

Coin Mechanism:

We offer our restored, reconditioned, and used products primarily to home users, and therefore, a functioning coin mechanism is not included by default, as the machines are set to freeplay. However, for those seeking a more traditional experience where you can insert coins or charge friends to play, we provide the option to install a coin mechanism.

For an additional fee, we offer to recondition the coin mechanism in your chosen pinball machine, subjecting it to thorough testing to ensure it is in full working order. Simply select your preference from the drop-down options on the side of the screen to customize your pinball experience.

Warranty:

Home Use:1Year Warranty

This pinball machine comes with a 1 year parts warranty. All parts that are faulty will be replaced. Often we can solve any problems over the phone and supply any necessary components for the customer to fit. If necessary our specialist repairer can visit your home to inspect and repair your machine on-site, but this would be chargeable. Please call us for a call-out quotation. If parts are required which are not carried at the time these will need to be ordered for you, and will sometimes need to be imported from the States – therefore, there can be a wait for the part to arrive.

After our 1 year warranty has expired we will continue to offer you complete support for any problems you have, either over the phone or by email, and can provide a chargeable engineer call out should it be required. Whatever happens, we will be able to look after you and your pinball machine.

Commercial Use:

For used, secondhand, or reconditioned items deployed in commercial settings such as bars, pubs, cafes, restaurants, bowling alleys, trampoline parks, youth clubs, offices, factories, or similar locations, we provide a 30-day on-site service warranty. This warranty applies to any issues that may arise, provided they are not a result of misuse or malicious damage. It covers both parts and labor, ensuring peace of mind for commercial customers during the initial 30 days of usage.

Delivery and Installation will be made to the ground floor room of your choice, provided we can park our delivery van near to your property, have easy access and no steps or steep slopes to negotiate.
